Refunds to the clients will be made as per the following plan:

A ) Unapproved order: In a rare case because of any unexpected circumstances, if we failed to assign a writer who best suits your needs, we would refund the entire payment for the specific order.

B ) Approved order: As soon as the order has been approved, you will be forwarded an email providing with the username and password to access the Student Panel. If you decide to cancel the order, in such case you will be given no more than 70% refund.

C ) Paid extra: In case if the credit card has been charged twice or the payment has been made more than as required, you are advised to email a written request and the amount will be refunded to you.

D ) Void refund request: Once the paper has been provided as per the requirements and on the agreed deadline, a request for refund would be then deemed as void unless the request comes under refund term.

E ) You are liable to provide clear requirements, essential materials, appropriate academic level and timely assistance. If you are unsatisfied with the paper our writers will revise it for you absolutely free. In case if you are still unsatisfied, then a refund request will be made only if you provide solid proof, i.e. the paper was not as required.

In an event if you have not acquired the confirmation email providing access to Student Panel within the given time, you are advised to contact our support service immediately either through phone line or email.
